Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our private at-home esthetician services. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
Appointment
A credit card is required at the time of scheduling a session. It will not be charged until the date of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of scheduled session.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled session.
Refunds
Due to the nature of personal beauty and skincare services, refunds are not provided for completed services.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and may offer a complimentary touch-up or corrective service at our discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
No refunds or credits will be granted for unperformed treatments resulting from reduced session time
Health & Safety
If a service cannot be completed due to a disclosed or undisclosed medical condition, skin reaction, or safety concern, a partial refund or credit may be offered at the esthetician's discretion.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
