1. Membership Eligibility

Memberships are available to individuals aged 18 or older. By enrolling, the member confirms that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.

2. Membership Plans

The spa offers monthly membership options. Each plan includes specific benefits such as service credits, discounts, and priority scheduling. Benefits vary by tier and are subject to change with notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved digital payment systems.

• Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to avoid suspension of membership benefits.

4. Cancellation Policy
 

• Members may cancel at any time with written notice.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds are not provided for unused services or partial billing periods.

5. Freeze or Pause Options

Members may request to freeze their membership for medical, travel, or personal reasons. Freeze periods may be limited to 3 months per year.

6. Service Credits
 

• Monthly service credits do not expire if not used within the billing cycle and may be rolled over to subsequent months

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Changes to Terms

The spa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notice.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information is collected solely for membership management and service delivery. MySkinByCyn does not sell or share member data with third parties except as required by law.
