1. Membership Eligibility
Memberships are available to individuals aged 18 or older. By enrolling, the member confirms that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.
2. Membership Plans
The spa offers monthly membership options. Each plan includes specific benefits such as service credits, discounts, and priority scheduling. Benefits vary by tier and are subject to change with notice.
3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved digital payment systems.

Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to avoid suspension of membership benefits.
4. Cancellation Policy

5. Freeze or Pause Options
Members may request to freeze their membership for medical, travel, or personal reasons. Freeze periods may be limited to 3 months per year.
