Online Facial Analysis Terms & Conditions
 

1. Introduction
By booking or participating in an online facial skin analysis session conducted via live video you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Session.


2. Nature of the Service
The Session provides cosmetic skin assessment and general skincare recommendations based on visual observation through live video.

  • This service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The Provider is not acting as a medical professional and will not evaluate, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.

  • Any concerns requiring medical evaluation should be directed to a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Ensure your camera, lighting, and internet connection are adequate for the Provider to view your skin clearly.

  • Provide accurate information about your skincare history, allergies, sensitivities, and any products you are currently using.

  • Follow recommendations at your own discretion and discontinue use of any product that causes irritation or adverse reactions.

  • Seek medical attention if you experience severe or persistent skin issues.

 

4. Limitations of the Service
Because the Session is conducted remotely:

  • The Provider may not be able to fully assess certain skin conditions.

  • Results and recommendations may vary depending on video quality, lighting, and the accuracy of information provided.

  • The Provider cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

 

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • The Provider will not record the Session without your explicit consent.

  • Any photos or information you voluntarily provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of skincare assessment and recommendations.

  • You agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute the Session without written permission from the Provider.

 

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Sessions are non‑refundable once completed.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the Provider’s posted cancellation policy.

 

7. Risks & Disclaimers
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Skincare products may cause irritation, allergic reactions, or unexpected results.

  • You assume all responsibility for your use of any recommended products.

  • The Provider is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from recommendations or products used.

 

8. No Guarantees
The Provider does not guarantee:

  • Improvement of skin conditions

  • Accuracy of results due to limitations of remote assessment

  • Compatibility of recommended products with your skin

 

9. Technology Requirements & Limitations

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning device.

  • The Provider is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or inability to complete the Session due to technical issues on the Client’s side.

 

10. Intellectual Property
All written recommendations, skincare plans, and educational materials provided during or after the Session are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

 

11. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Provider is legally registered to practice, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
 

13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in the Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
